Today, out of curiosity, I finally pored over the films from my first MRI, taken 13 years ago this coming Monday after I experienced several migraines for the first time at age 40.  Yes, films.  Held them up to a sunny window.  The spots I can find on the current images I could not find on those, though those were surprisingly sharp and detailed.  Nobody has a clue what kind of machine they'd have used back then, I'm told.  Well, I am staying pretty healthy lately, so I will continue to praise God and thank Him that my symptoms went away, as well as pray that they stay away for good.
