hey mate yes i did - this is the triangle-player in the bleeping cricket orchestra that assailed my left ear most of last year - and i'm very thankful to say that the tinnitus has reduced to a point where it's no longer a bother in my life, it had been so awful i would've preferred to be deaf - but now so glad the severity lessened and one less thing to torture me :) now it's like a small very faraway mini cricket orchestra in both ears, and no triangles :)
