Love the beaver!!

I live in New Hampshire and am really interested in wildlife.  I have many many creatures visit me in the middle of the night.  Sometimes I look out and see eyes shining in the woods.

Have to make sure the cats are in at night.

I love your artwork.  You are amazing!

Beavers have very short necks so once I slip my arm under their armpits and lift, they're kind of stuck. They still like to swing the tail around though.

The beavers we get in are injured or sick. I did have one beaver that was a bit cranky. Even though they're short and chubby, they can swing around pretty quickly, especially when I'm trying to get one out of the swim tank.
