I like the spaghetti squash you cut in half put it face down on a baking sheet, cook, then scrape it down in strands , hence the name spaghetti ..I then pour lee and perrins white wine suace and butter on it ...
Margypops, we had some of them too, last season. I am just about to plant out some more. My teen son just couldn't believe that it looks just like spaghetti. Better for him too than pasta!
