Thanks Risa! I am trying to convince myself that this may really be happening to us finally. Don't even know what the next step should be. Any advice?

Your next step is to call your obgyn and have her/him order two betas. One for today and one for Saturday. The one on Saturday should include progesterone so that you can see what your level looks like. I know what you mean about being the feeling, it is so good.
