what does "raised releif" mean...i can tell its textured...and 3d looking...is that it?

First a picture is drawn on the wall, then a product applied with a grout bag, then its sculpted on with different tools. Some parts are up to 2 1/2 inches thick, so you can actually feel the art.

A whole wall would be awesome with this Raised releif.. I would have a sm. territory of Africa with wildlife and maybe a village..
