I have a very similar rash which appears on my hands, arms and legs. Some areas are a butterfly shape. They get worse when I exercise of get overheated. I also have severe joint pain in my feet, toes, elbows and hands. Have been bothered with numbness and tingling in my lips and tongue. I am currently doing test to determine if it is lupus.
