My new diet includes: fish, turkey, chicken, leafy green vegs, fruit especially blueberries, yum) gluten free everything, green tea, olive oil, red and green peppers, garlic, onions, organic oatmeal, basically whatever is healthy. Sugar, bad. But, I still have a little during the week. Alcohol, bad again I will have a drink a few times a month. Quit smoking for three years.
