Be kinder to yourself - your target weight and goal date looks toos teep - you will not be able to achieve that weight loss consistently so you will get disalusioned- you should be aiming for 1-2lbs a week not a day....
The mobility is a problem but there are things you can do with your upper body which will burn calories too - remember even taking jsut a few step will burn calories - jsut do what you can and keep doing little and often - you willg et there :)
