Just a quick note to say hi! Good morning, i was just looking at your your chart. Your spotting reminds me a lot of how my cycles were in the past. I wasn't dx with pcos but had similarities, sometimes having 45-65 cycles with lots of spotting and heavy bleeding and having to take progesterone to stop the bleeding or start my periods. But i got tired of meds and started using herbal supplements. Vitex is magic in a capsule, has extremely regulated my cycles to 28-30 days.And started tribulus this cycle which mimics clomid.
