2.5 pounds is GREAT and if you would like to do 3 pounds next week, quite aggressive plan, you're going to have to really work out, mix up the exercises and eat healthy and lean. Don't cut the calories .. just up the minutes or intensity. I'm rootin for you!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Just do it safe .. ok??? (((Hugs)))
