Just a quick note to say hi!  Have you tried Narcotics Anonymous? They can help you with those addictions. The painkillers alone will cause you fatigue after taking them for awhile and the headaches are your body's way of telling you your addicted to them and it needs more. Don't listen to it! drink a cup of hot chamomile tea, or two, and then go lie dawn somewhere "quiet."  This takes practice, but before long the headaches will go away and you will start to feel better and will be more rested.

Just a quick note to say hi! Don't give up!! I never thought in a million years i'd be able to go more than ONE day w/o my specific painkiller...and today i have 141 days clean!! IDK your specific story but I promise you once you can get off the suboxone....you'll finally be free....just take it one day at a time!!
