Just a quick note to say hi! One thing that helps my sons migraines is peppermint oil rubed on his temples, forehead and neck. Its very cooling and helps before the medication kicks in. Also, ginger tea has helped. Good luck!!!

I commend you for even being able to keep this tracker. I only get mine about twice a week, but when I do I'm dead to the world and the last thing I think about is trying to keep track. You are one tough lady! :)
