I think you are doing great! Just focus on that. I earlier commented that I had weighted @240 ish and so far have lost 51 lbs. I go through some ups and downs...but thankfully keep trending down. I am still overweight (male, 6.1, and now around 193....or so. 190 is the upper end of BMI "normal" for me. My goal is to get to 182ish.
Hi, I started this diet at 237 lbs (I am 6'2" and 56 years old), on March 12th. Today I weight 206 lbs. My weight lost has slowed, so I am adding gym workouts to help things along. My goal is to get to 190 lbs. I am about half way there.
