I also Thank you because this is the main room I was looking for. People have commented on my original post, but they also take other pain medications as well. I NEED help with just this one pain medication and not others'. I am getting ready to quit my Tramadol. I need help with this and I didn't know that this caused panic attacks and now I'm even more scared.

Emily, thank you for starting this post.  It has been a source of great inspiration to me.  Can I ask you a question?  I am 63 days tram free and still getting anxiety attacks.  Is this normal.  I once heard you say after 70 or  90 days the tramadol fog had lifted.  Is what I'm going thru normal?  It's just been so long.  I'm getting discouraged and defeated
