You're doing great on your food diary and are documenting what you are eating (looks good and healthy). You're being truthful about not eating lunch and going to the gym. Just be sure you eat a few carbs before you work out so you have some quick energy to sustain your workout. I usually try to have some water and protein following.

You can always search the database or enter your own food values if you want to keep track of the calories, carbs, fat, protein, vitamins and minerals.
