Ate 2 corn tortillas, with a scrambled egg, low fat cheese (I don't use much -- about a 1 1/2 TBSP) and taco sauce ... and I have my own breakfast burrito. I entered 2.7 tortillas to match the calories for the 2 I ate, according to the package. Weight is up 1 lb, but know I am eating and exercising correctly, so will not allow it to stress me. It's just part of the process and it will come off!

Actually had 20 slices of beets, which was 50 calories per label; eat them up! The Shrimp Scampi is a frozen dinner, Michelina's Lean Gourmet Shrimp Scampi and it has linguini, carrots, very good flavored sauce and Shrimp!

I ate 1/2 of a regular hot dog, so calories should equate to what I chose above. The egg was a deviled egg, which had some mayo .. so I chose a whole poached egg .. but I overestimated on the cake .. took a tiny sliver. Barbecue sauce was Heinz 57 and I used 3 TBSP instead of 2TBSP, but the calories are equivalent. Father's Day get-to-gethers are tough on the calories.
