Just a quick note to say hi again.  I see you are on Lithium and have been for a while.  How do you find it?  How come you cycle if Lithium is suppose to stabilize the hi's and low's?  My dr. is suggesting lithium but I'm undecided with the side effects I've read about so I just keep saying find something else.  Does Lithium help you? Thx
