Yogurt, especially Greek yogurt, is a great source of nutrients and healthy bacteria. Peeled peaches and mangoes - any peeled fruits - are smart ways of getting the benefits of fruit without the irritation usually brought on by the fiber in the fruit's skin. Keep up your vegetable intake by skinning them too, removing the seeds, and adding them to a good, thick stew - cooking veggies makes them easier to digest. Eventually, when your system can tolerate fish, add that to your menu so you'll get the benefit of omega-3 fatty acids. Or add soft bits of lean poultry to a broth-based soup.
