A diligent diet has a lot of details. Don't stop there. You can also help your GI and immune system get healthier and stay healthier with a basic workout routine, as long as you're cleared by your doctor for physical activity. Do a quick stretching routine in the morning to improve your flexibility. Or get your heart rate up even for just 20 minutes a day. (Remember to keep track of your new daily routine by using our online excerise tracker.) If you don't have time to devote to a workout plan, just add some more motion to your day: take the stairs to work, park farther away at the supermarket or get off the bus or train a stop early so you can add some walking to your commute.
