Sugar snap peas, baby carrots and grape tomatoes are kid-friendly veggies in terms of flavor, and they're also great for dipping. Hummus is a good choice for protein and healthy fat, but if the flavor is too strong for your kids, try white or black bean dip. Or mix canned vegetarian refried beans with mild salsa for an easy homemade bean dip.
