Sitting for 3 or more hours a day, which is easy to do when you’re binge-watching your favorite Netflix show, may double your risk of premature death, according to research published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.
The good news is that you don’t have to give up your favorite shows to cut down on your sitting time. Here are some easy ways you can have your TV time and burn some calories, too!
