What to Pack

What to Pack

When you’re packing your in-flight carry-on, it’s important to keep in mind that bacteria from hundreds of passengers accumulate and remain on airline surfaces like armrests, tray tables and in seatback pockets for more than 24 hours. Remember to pack disinfectant wipes so you can wipe down these germ-infested areas and bring a three-ounce container (the TSA-approved size) of alcohol-based hand sanitizer to de-germ before you eat and after you use the restroom. If your hands dry out easily, toss a three-ounce bottle of moisturizer in your bag, too.
