They say: "Control total calorie intake to manage body weight. For those who are overweight or obese, this will mean consuming fewer calories from foods and beverages."
In other words: If you need to lose weight, eat less food.
Try: Watching portion sizes. Instead of serving dinner family style, pre-plate your meal in the kitchen. Research shows you'll be less likely to take seconds if the food is not within arm's reach.
