Coffee

If you can’t go a day without your morning latte, don’t sweat it. Whether it’s regular or decaf, a 2012 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine revealed that people who drank at least two cups of coffee a day were less likely to die over a 14-year period from diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.

Drinking coffee can also help boost your mood. According to a 2011 analysis from the Nurse’s Health Study, women who drank two to three cups of coffee a day over a decade were 15 percent less likely to develop depression.
