Typical canned cranberry sauce is loaded with sugar — 22 grams in one ½-inch slice, along with 86 calories. Ready-made turkey gravy has hardly any sugar; the same amount is much lower in calories, with 30 per ¼-cup serving and, despite its fatty reputation, only 1 gram of fat. Nutrition numbers for homemade versions change depending on the recipe, but this advice should hold true for most.
