You be caught in a boom/bust cycle. One day you feel great and do everything you can, but the days coming after you are paying for it! Even when you feel better then usual you have to restrain yourself. You have to know what you can do without bad impact. So instead of ups and downnnnnns you will be able to have a more stable energy level, if this is your situation. An ergo can show you how to manage your energy better. Good luck
Has this been ongoing or is it just a recent occurrence?
Either way, you must respect your body and allow ample time for recovery from working out/exercise, specially when your body tells you so!
Try to alternate between heavy and light, aerobic and un-aerobic, upper and lower body-well you know what I mean- and proper rest in between
If you have any inflammation, infection, fatigue, stress, that's a sign to slow things down, because if you don't, those conditions WILL!
And should you feel you're still struggling after a while, perhaps you need to see a doctor and get checked.
Best wishes.
