Sharp needle like pain near naval incision??

I recently had my gallbladder removed about two weeks ago and last night and today I've noticed what feels like a sharp needle like sensation near the incision on the navel. Is that normal or okay? Does this mean the stitches are popping open? Idk if my wound is tearing open because the terry-strip is still there and its not bleeding.
