high FSH and low AMH

Hi i have high FSH at 17.8 & 18.8 and my AMH is 1.42 is this now impossible for me to conceive through naturally and IVF

Thanks for your comments but the IVF clinic advised me that my AMH should be 5 and above and that mine was too low.

And they said that i would have to get a dona egg and not my own and they also want me to get this from Spain.  What is going on is said to myself.

Im so down i dont know which way to go..

The FSH is high, but your AMH sounds Ok.  They say the best way to test for ovarian reserve now is AMH.  Its more accurate.  AMH is suppose to be higher, not lower like FSH.
All I know is that mine was.008 and considered very very low.  non detectable is .005.  So it looks like yours is good.   IVF may be a good treatment option for you, your ovaries may respond well..
