Tape it back with sports tape. I know exactly how you feel - you are in tears sweating and just dying in pain. I had tendinitis and learned a while back if I taped my hip with sports tape it helped. Pull on your hip starting at belly and pulling tight and hard toward your back and place the tape. Do about 7 of these and then up and down with the tape in front of body and mind on back to stabilize. I think I did up and down and mind the way from front to back in the side that hurt the worst. Definitely relieved some pain not all but a HUGE difference.

Have you tried putting a pillow between your knees? Warm shower?
