hungry all the time empty stomach feeling. could this be mayb pregnancy

hi i was just wondering if anyone has felt they r starving when they wake up or u just cant eat enough u have this empty stomach thing going going on as a pregnancy symptom.

yea well i guess ill just have to wait thank u guys tho. the starving pain is so horrible like im about to pass out so i have to eat the last two days it has woke me up at like 6am cuz im hungry i remember having to wake up that early when i was pregnant with my first so idk probably

That's exactly how I felt when I was pregnant.  I would eat and than 15 minutes later I would be starving.  The hunger pains during pregnancy are horrible.  Good luck.

Not sure if it is pregnancy or not, but that is exactly how I felt in the first few weeks on conception.
