Caffeine

Wondering about how much caffeine you can have while expecting? According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the connection between caffeine and miscarriage is uncertain — different studies find differing results. The recommendation, according to many experts, is to limit your caffeine (found in tea, coffee, soft drinks, and even chocolate and some medications) to less than 200 mg daily.
