Raw or Undercooked Meat

Order those hamburgers you crave well done: undercooked meat, including beef, pork, and even poultry, may carry a variety of organisms, such as parasites and bacteria. Make sure your meat is fully cooked — a meat thermometer may come in handy — to ensure that you’re keeping your baby as safe as possible.
