At 6 weeks after your last menstrual period, you may not even know you're pregnant yet, but your baby is already rapidly growing! Even though it’s only about the size of a pencil eraser, your baby's heart has begun to separate into chambers and pump blood and its central nervous system, muscles and bones have started to form.
