That's awesome! I sure do hope I feel like that on day 13!!!! I'm on day 6 today, and I feel like I'm backsliding.... Yesterday was great, and I thought I had made that "turning point". What day was it for you that you were truly feeling better, was it 13????

Hi Kelly and congrats on day 6 that is so awesome! STAY THE COURSE TO FREEDOM AND PEACE!!! I promise it will be better soon. No matter what just don't listen to that little devil that says take a pill it will make you feel better. It's a lie straight from the father of lies satan. It usually comes at me like this "just one". He wants us in bondage and away from God.

I did a two day detox at home and I was sick, sick SICK!!!!!! This site has been a God send. I work for a law firm and I have not missed one day and I owe that to the God 1st, this site and the lovely people I have met here.  Around  day 10 or 11 my chest loosened, stomach settled, taste & appetite came back (yea!) and my moods began to level out a bit. My head is still a bit foggy and I can't totally concentrate yet but man do I feel good today, up at 5 in the gym by 6 to 7.30 and now at work.
I am not go to blow smoke at you it's tough but it is very worth it. In 2001 I was taking 60+ pills a day and the when I got clean on March 18, 2001 - 2007. Those years were the best time of my life!!  In 2001 it took 6 months before my brain was out of the fog. This time I was not using much so I am hoping my recovery will be accelerated.

Thanks for the note & I sent you a friend request.  Stay plugged in with us and be totally honest with yourself about this horrible disease. It will kill us if we don't kill it first.
