Luke is our Nephew
Luke is now in heaven
Luke was born 16th november 2010, and passed away 8 december 2010
Luke had cctga and complete heartblock
he was on life support for 7days after his op
we miss him so much and want to raise as much money as possible for the hospital
so no other families have to suffer the pain we are going through, the money goes to Birmingham's Childrens Hospital
