Ha!!1 Yes I did and I feel so bad for you..Trying to heal your self and have everybody up your nose is to much..You need a Safe Place to hide..I was lucky I had and still have this..maybe not anymore..I got a year in and my excuses are all gone now..lol
you would think I could have time to myself lol my 21yr daughter just came home and she's sitting on bed eating lol good thing she bought me a cookies and cream blizzard, gosh Vic I feel like I'm starving all the time I just had sloppy joes and more pringles and lots of water.
I know..This happens..I think it is the body trying to replace the vit/min and such that we deprived ourselves while using..OMG I was like in a size 6-8 and I have gained some weight in my year..BUT it will all balance back..I got in a low no moving mode and so I gained..ekkkkk Now I am on it..lol Just eat as you please and make sure you are taking the vit/min too..l
No lie Vic I got down to 125 my hubby was scared and so was I your right when you say how much we abused our bodies I was praying last night telling God to forgive me for the way that I treated myself but grateful for his mercy, I'm gonna post 2 pics and mind you they were not taking to far apart.
