I heard these things for 3 years as my neck was disinergrating and my nerves where becoming trapped and my hands going numb..finally one dr believed me.
I love it. If I had a dollar for everyone that has been sad to me I wouldn't have to worry about social security, diability retirement or doctor bills.
I know what you mean, because I still hear such comments. I get fed up with the comments of people trying to tell me it's all in my head. Mind you, none of my doctors have done this, because they know I see a neurologist for migraines, but "well-meaning" friends and family members say hurtful stuff like this.
