How many mm's was that one? That looks like the ones that belong to me, too! I had a 1mm that got stuck in my urethra and showed up on an CT Scan that hurt for 2 weeks and ended with an infection! 1mm ... it had a hook on it like a fishook!
My largest (other than the first one which was a clot the size and looks of a raspberry which freaked me out and flushed away cause I was so scared and this was soooo new to me..never do that, the docs were not happy) was 4.0mm .. it was in my kidney for over 2yrs and finally this spring moved out!!!!!
My MSK kidney stones are calcium oxalate - my mom's are uric acid.
