You got that right ono is the most beautiful white meat I think I have ever seen when it come to fish. I have a trip booked next month in Lousianna to go to what they call the lump where yellowfin tuna destroy the bull mullet population as they are heading out to sea. Tuna over 300lbs and tons of ono are there this time of year. Its just finding a window of weather to get out. The Guld of Mexico is different that a true ocean, the swell is a wind driven chop not a smooth set of lines. It's frickin' nasty when it kicks up!
