Yum, yummy, yum. Homemade bread fresh out of the "oven" is a real treat. I hope you have many years of enjoyment with it. I'd be interested to hear if you like the bread made from the premixes.
Oh, I just noticed something in the background...Is that a Hello Kitty toaster? I want one. Where did you get it?
My roommate got it as a gift; that Hello Kitty toaster leaves an imprint of Hello Kitty on each slice of bread!
I've tried one of the bread mixes so far; was pretty good, but not as good as some of my favorite recipes. However, if I hadn't found the favorite recipes, I'd say the mixes are pretty yummy. I make a whole wheat honey flaxseed bread, using ground flaxseed instead of whole, and it's so moist and delicious, it can't be beat.
I plan on making some whole wheat pizza dough in the machine tomorrow, then baking my own fresh pizza; the house will smell great!
