We always called him Old Man Moppy. He just seemed to have been here before. He has a touch of melanoma on his nose in this photo in 2008. Got a ton worse later. He never changed though otherwise. This is one pic I really like of him. Never thought a cat could affect me as much as he did. I am not the emotional type but when the needle went in and he looked at me and I meowed at him and he seemed to relax and his tongue started to protude.....and he relaxed and was gone.... I found it so hard to not let the tears fall. Bye Mop-Mop. I will miss you Old Bloke.
But you're right, it is a great pic!!! I just love how he's resting his head on the basket as to say "meh, I'm comfy, but I'm gunna keep an eye on you!!"
