Out with 70lbs of Goo and in with 10lbs of New.
70lbs of FAT gone and 10 new pounds of lean body mass in, AKA - Muscle!!!!!!

The last month of P90X and 1st month if Insanity with done at the same time.

P90X Round 2 starts August 1st and ends Oct 30th,  Just in time for Halloween.  Hot 4 Halloween. H4H
