My Daughter bought this for me after I complained about how my hair had dried up, become brittle and breaking and falling out.

After using only 2 times my hair is noticably softer, shinier and I'm not loosing as much. Coincidental? I don't know.

I had the same experience. Don't wash too often. I would mostly just rinse my hair and put oils and conditioner in it.
