He looks clean, and he is clean. I'm so happy he is. With all that diarrhea, he was always dirty with stool all over his fur. UGH

That's typical of a cat with IBD. They look healthy, but inside there is a whole mess. When I read that cats with IBD usually look healthy my jaw dropped because it is my case. Poor boy, and to think that he never stopped using his box. Most cats with IBD would.

Hey PrettyKitty, Abby looks like a Maine Coon. I have one as well with IBD. I wonder if it's typical for the breed to have this? I know they can have heart murmers.  What did you do to help with the IBD?
