This is perhaps the most beutiful picture you've ever posted! (Can you tell I'm more of a chocolate person than a nature person? I know you have some awesome scenic photos here as well.) I would have been glad to confirm the edibility, and am available for any repeat studies.
Nope...I didn't make it and I wouldn't imagine even attempting it! It was made by this german fella that is awesome with chocolate! It was very expensive ($160.00) but it was for an amazing nephew and he is worth it!
My AMAZING nephew that this cake was for is now waiting to hear if he got into Princeton University! He is going to Belarus and Russia in a few weeks for a fencing camp and then the world fencing championship in Russia! He is hoping to get to the Olympics and if he gets into Princeton well the world will be his Oyster won't it? I am soooo proud of him and he has worked so hard for all of this...I just have a feeling that the scholarship for Princeton has to come through and he will win at the worlds! Please keep your fingers crossed for him!
