TMI warning! I spent half on hour in the bathroom. All these huges chunks of tissue and clots .... I was shocked and started to cry because it just dawned on me... I lost...

I have these tiny lightning-type cramps. Not like before AF but who knows? Blocked nose for 2 days now, it is quite disturbing so 1-2 times a day I have to use a spray.
