When to: Brush Your Teeth

When to: Brush Your Teeth

Take a brush to your pearly whites an hour after eating. When you eat, acids in some foods temporarily soften the enamel on your teeth, and if you brush too soon you can erode the protective enamel. Wait too long, and you've given plaque a chance to settle in (not to mention you might be sporting dragon breath).
