- Choose for the farthest parking spot from the entrance.
- Take the stairs up to your office each morning instead of the elevator.
- Use one tablespoon of cream cheese instead of two, or switch to the reduced-fat kind.
- Snack on fruits and vegetables, instead of chips.
- Swap mayonnaise for mustard on your sandwich.
- While watching TV, do some light calisthenics, such as crunches, pushups or squats, during commercial breaks.
