More of a beer drinker? Save up to 100 calories by switching from regular beer to the light version. Over the course of a few drinks, that can be a big savings. Just don’t eat too many complimentary peanuts while sitting at the bar. One ounce — about a handful — of roasted nuts averages 165 calories.
